If your VehSmart product has been diagnosed as defective over the phone by a technical support team member, you may choose to return, postage paid, and your defective product to VehSmart. Within 30 days of receiving the returned product, VehSmart will send you a replacement product or the repaired product, as determined by VehSmart. This limited warranty is good for 1 year from the time of purchase. Discontinuance of service for 90 or more days without renewing service will void this limited warranty. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer your VehSmart product.
VehSmart will only be responsible for charges to repair your VehSmart product or for the charges to supply a replacement product, if the product has not been misused, abused, or damaged by an act of GOD (such as a flood). Also consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this limited warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion my not apply to you.
In order to receive service, you must provide proof of purchase. The product may be sent to VehSmart at: VehSmart, 101 Pacifica, Suite 240, Irvine, CA, 92618, for service according to this limited warranty.
We will inspect your VehSmart product and contact you within 96 hours of receiving the defective VehSmart product at the VehSmart offices, and will provide the results of our inspection and an estimate of any labor or replacement charges, if required. (For instance, if it is determined that the limited warranty has expired or any of the exclusions listed above apply.) If there are any required charges, and you authorize the repairs to be performed at your cost, we will return the repaired or new VehSmart product to you COD, otherwise the VehSmart product will be returned postage paid by VehSmart. You must pay any COD charges upon receipt of the VehSmart product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
